Made in Japan.
I cleaned this typewriter for a local community arts space.
Plastic shell - very light.
The typewriter's plastic spooling spindles were both broken. I made substitutes from paper clips.
Typewriter has an "Automatic" spacing key (which is very fun).
The serial number is located under the carriage on the right, stamped on frame.
