Description:
We bought this in a collection of 3 typewriters. I'm guessing this typewriter was made in the 1970's if it followed the pattern of the very similar Ten Forty. However it could have been made in the 1960's as well. It's a very nice typewriter, I don't know if the mechanics are the same as the Torpedo's of the day (I've never typed on a Torpedo), but it is a very snappy and connected feel. We sold this typewriter in November 2020 as we have a very similar 1040.
