Description:
One of many names for the big 7 series cartridge "office electric" machines. There are ads for late 75 through to late 77 on this one, so I will go with 75.
Often derided, but just look at the type sample for what they could do in their prime. This one has a wonky backspace that I gave up on. It needs a bit of help to engage. This one also has a case of the UV yellows. Otherwise, another nice Wilber Walker machine.

Typewriters are the perfect blend of using one's technical skills, history and functional purpose. My goal is type tested machines. My interests are not isolated to any one area. For example, I am a big fan of Smith Corona electrics, mid century electrics and all things Royal.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Smith Corona Coronamatic Secretarial C-13 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Smith Corona Serial Number page and the Smith Corona Coronamatic Secretarial C-13 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
