Nice typer. Pica typeface. Purchase date is 11/22/1966. Receipt is in the case along with all papers from time of purchase at Famous-Barr in St. Louis, MO.

I decided that I wanted to find the one typewriter that I remembered my mom using to type my term papers in school. Even though we couldn't find it, I found that I enjoyed typewriters and started a collection. It extended to rescuing the ones in my parents' basement a week before it flooded.
I enjoy making machines work and especially like to use the Smith Premier typewriters.
