I'm extrapolating the year like another collector has for theirs, since there is no IY code in the lists... however all the other portables with serial numbers in the 531973 area were made in 1964 or 1965 so this seems like a reasonable assumption. ShopGoodwill purchase. Currently out of order because an issue in the escapement is allowing the carriage to freely slide left and right. So no type sample but it's Pica, a standard typeface.
