Description:
#729
This typewriter came from the collection of John Kish, of Sugargrove, PA. I was able to spend some time, and pick up a few from his sister.
I've been looking for one of these for a long time, very surprised to find it in this condition, so much so, that I over paid...

"I was born in a crossfire hurricane"...
A professor in college gave me the gift and appreciation of the letter form.
Typewriters are just little "print shops" for me.
I have an MFA in 3D Digital Sculpture.
I no longer mold young minds, by teaching art to high school students, everyday is a safari now...
In my spare time I own and operate an equal opportunity rescue shelter for all makes and models of typewriters that have been abandoned in the bottoms of closets.
No matter how many typewriters I am fortunate to be able to collect, my collection will not be as nice as Herman's...
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington Streamliner on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington Streamliner By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
