This is a Torpedo 15a made in 1937 that I am using as a reference while working on an early model made in 1933.
The typewriter is in very good conditions and I had nothing to do on it.
Apparently unmolested, in reality this typewriter has some particularities. For some reason, the two original shift keys have been replaced with those coming apparently from an Olympia Plana.
More interesting is the fact that this is a typewriter that has suffered the post war "reconversion": the "5 /" is not original, and the slug has been obviously replaced.
I have personally been a little surprised that already in 1937 the manufacturers were producing dedicated typewriters for the Schutzstaffel.
