Description:
I got this early (1911) Remington 10 in July of 2020 in Phoenixville, PA, just west of the Valley Forge National Historic Park. The previous owner--now retiring--said he got it as a kid growing up on the Jersey Shore. As kids, he and a friend were tasked to clean out the attic of an old building. As payment, his friend kept a (Remington?) shotgun, and he kept this Remington typewriter. He'd always meant to clean it up, but grew old, never getting around to it.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington 10 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington 10 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
