Description:
#594
Found in a South Carolina, Salvation Army... Saw it one day without the power supply, the next day they located it. It also works with 4 "D" cell batteries. This may be the smallest typewriter I own.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Canon Typestar 5 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Canon Serial Number page and the Canon Typestar 5 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
