Description:
Very nice wedge-formatted electronic typewriter with a one-row LCD display. Came with an additional "Text Editing Cartridge" memory unit, so you can save up to about 16000 characters for up to three months (after which the battery runs out, unclear if it charges every time the typewriter is powered on). According to the manual there are other types of cartridges, with spelling checker and such. Changeble Daisy Wheel / typewheel, with this individual unit came typeface "12 ELETTO 158", where 12 is spacing, ELETTO the typeface (probably elite?) and 158 is code for the keyboard, in this case Swedish/Finnish.
Manual is printed 1988, and the keyboard has both pound and dollar but no euro, so my guess is this machine is from early 90's. The device came in the original packaging, but there seem to be no dates on the labels.
