Description:
Olympia-branded Japanese typewriter featuring a wide carriage and the modern Finnish keyboard layout. Sadly no apostrophe. Apparently this is basically the same machine as the Chinese-made Royal Epoch, but probably of better build quality. The platen is hard, but the machine works fine.
Got this machine from my mother, who in turn got it from her cousin many years ago.

I have been looking for ways to spend less time on electronic devices, and because of this I started doing my writing and translation work with pens and pencils, and now on typewriters as well.
