Description:
Rescued from my late mother-in-laws home. Original purchase receipt shows that it was purchased on October 31, 1981. It was stored in the case, dusty and gunky - I cleaned it up, and now it works great!
I like the type imprint, and the touch is fast. It has some interesting features, including a single type slug (+ and =) that can be switched out for different characters. Dec. 13, 2016 UPDATE
It amuses me that this model is touted as a "portable". I'll grant you, it does have a case, but the thing must weigh 30 pounds; just the thing you want to lug around in the early eighties. ~TH~
