Description:
I don't normally buy electrics. Just not my thing. But this one stood out as exactly the machine I grew up watching my father use sporadically when called upon for a resume, a letter to the editor, or an official cover letter to government agencies or businesses. It's a nice machine. The keys are light, and quick, even for very fast typing. It keeps up. The return sounds like a freight train shunting cars, but it's a sound of my childhood.
Update: As of November 2023 I donated this machine to a long-term care home nearby, where they were looking for one to write letters and creative projects.

I have been collecting typewriters all my life, starting with a 1980's Brother Charger 11 (which I no longer have, but have replaced with an identical machine). I have well over 60 typewriters now, with a few rare portables. Some are interesting or odd, but most of mine are common machines.
My wife and I have made a deal, that I can keep buying typewriters if she can keep buying shoes. Fair enough! *shrugs*
