Ten-plus years to answer a few simple questions, and all it took was a good DB add with pics. There is the MW tag/SN on the back to get us to 79 with Ted's research on MW. However, the Plovdiv factory SN remains along with the inspection sheet in the case for this one. With that info, we can also narrow in on the Omega II dates, as they are all in close sequence to each other.

There is no digital 1979 MW catalog, but the tag tells us what we need. The 101 does appear in the 80-83 catalogs and is gone from the 84 and later editions.

A very unimpressive machine. Is the Princess lineup any better? I doubt it. If you set this next to an Adler Tippa or an Olympia SF, you should quickly gather that the materials quality and the fit and finish aren't even in the same ballpark. I see this is the equivalent to the 100 because it has a standard ribbon selector. The 200 was a push button, and the 300 added a tabulator and touch selector.

The white bits should be white, but the cream coloring doesn't look too bad against the deep red.
