Description:
Basic Brother subcompact typewriter, blue in a black plastic case. The cover plate, bottom and the frame are all metal, this is one sturdy machine, I like it very much.
The keyboard layout here is the "modern" Swedish/Finnish one, standardized in 1976. Modern in quotes, as the most recent one is from 2008, but the order of the keys was not changed then. Previous standard from 1959 had ÖÄ in the bottom row (which was in conflict with the first ISO standard for keyboard layout (1971).
