Description:
This is a hybrid: an Olivetti 92/Underwood 378 (made in Barcelona, Spain) and sold by Sears under the "Achiever" name in the US. It is an Underwood 319/378 body on Olivetti 92 mechanicals, with an "Achiever" plate. A sturdy bright blue plastic machine which works quietly and does not slide off the desk, and includes a modest bell and a brilliant red ribbon. A nice clean typer in a clever clam shell case. Let's just call it "Achiever" and not quibble over the family history, ok?
