Description:
This machine was very dirty when I bought it and I was expecting it would need some maintenance and tinkering, but after a cleaning, it works perfectly. It's a lot more solid than it looks, and aside from the discolouration on the keys, it's not bad to look at, either. Typical of the '70's portables, it can be somewhat tinny sounding. Nice little machine with a French-Canadian keyboard layout (grave/circonflex, and e-aigue/c-cedille keys).

I have been collecting typewriters all my life, starting with a 1980's Brother Charger 11 (which I no longer have, but have replaced with an identical machine). I have well over 60 typewriters now, with a few rare portables. Some are interesting or odd, but most of mine are common machines.
My wife and I have made a deal, that I can keep buying typewriters if she can keep buying shoes. Fair enough! *shrugs*
