Description:
The majority of the exterior panels on this typewriter is made of a thick plastic. Metal panels surround the Tabulator just behind the platen. Underneath the typewriter is a metal frame.
The date of the typewriter is approximate based on documentation included in the gallery which includes a design patent from 1959 by Sundberg and Ferrar which strongly resembles the Suburbanite and an ad from 1961 from the Oregon Statesman.
The typewriter is also noted to be made in the United States.
