Description:
This beautiful Model D Executive is transiting through my place on its way to another collector. It features the Bold Face #2 typeface.
The machine worked to some degree when I got it. I gave it a basic cleaning and now it works pretty well. The power roller seems fine.
Pictures before cleaning.

UPDATE: Machine works much better after internal cleaning.

I started collecting my first pre-WW2 standard typewriters in 2017. Since then I have added a few machines to my collection, which now ranges from the 1890s to the 1980s. As of 2020, I have more big standard (desktop) typewriters than portables, and a few standard electrics.
