Description:
Got this wonderful Facit 1620 with Pica Cubic typeface from a fellow typewriter enthusiast in Wilmington, DE in September, 2024. It has the original owner's name--John Wilson--under the lid. It came with a wonderful case and Facit dust cover that is still supple and pliable--along with certificates from Bundy Typewriter Co. in Philadelphia for free typing lessons at the Palmer School, also in Philly.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Facit 1620 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Facit Serial Number page and the Facit 1620 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
