Description:
As I also collect Commodore 64 computers, I knew I had to have a Commodore typewriter to go with my collection. Found this one in Niagara Falls NY. Machine is in rather nice condition and has a badge from National Typewriter Inc. in Montreal on the front, and as such it sports a French Canadian keyboard layout. Badly needs a new platen. 10cpi Pica. -Update- Has been treated to new platen rubber! Really surprised by the performance of this machine. Makes me want to try out more Consul made machines!

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Commodore 2200 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Commodore Serial Number page and the Commodore 2200 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
