Description:
I'm going with this as a 1965 Sears Citation as it looks like the 1964 had Citation in cursive where in 1965 it looks like they switched to a Helvetica like font in all caps. We found this at an estate shop up in Minneapolis, MN. At that point we didn't have a cursive typewriter so I was pretty excited when I started typing on it. If I remember correctly we paid $60 but it was in good shape except for the ribbon. It's a good typer, but it like other typewriters that type in cursive can only do a solid color ribbon as the typeface is too big for a bicolor ribbon.
