Description:
This was a black Olympia that belonged to my mother. As i have another two black ones that were made in 1965 and have the exact same elite typeface i decided to splurge out and get this one profesionally done in red. I'm happy with the paint job and its a nice machine to type on.

I picked up a couple of typewriters for display and use for the public at events where a police station is set up. The few i have are all Imperial Good Companions. Learnt to type on a manual typewriter, then on an electric one while in comprehensive but have completly forgotten how to touch type. Although pecking at the keys is more in keeping with a station.
