Description:
Purchased in the Fishtown neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA in February, 2024. Needs quite a bit of cleaning work, but it is complete, and has the original Czechoslovak floral cover to it!
EDIT: According to the carbons and other ephemera included in the case (as well as the testimony of the seller), this machine belonged to wedding photographer George J. Orsino, of the Orsino Color Studio ("Home of Beautiful Brides"), at 2603 South 7th Street in Philadelphia, PA. Always great to link a machine to its original owner!

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Consul 232 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Consul Serial Number page and the Consul 232 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
