My last acquisition and in addition to coveting a Smith-Corona in time, I was fortunate enough to find a Skyriter. I've already done a light cleaning and bleached the keys with retrobright. Smooth and very silent writing, in comparison with others I have.

I am from Brazil and work as a computer technician and in my spare time as a programmer but recently I rediscovered my sympathy for typewriters. It can be a bit of a contrast, but it's great to have a device in your hands that revolutionized communication worldwide and was a precursor to all we have today! And the sounds it make....Ahh!
