Description:
The Royal Heritage is a handsome machine, with a really neat fabric case. I have found typing on this machine to be quite enjoyable, and I often write letters using it. Everything about the machine gives off a smooth and refined persona. The Royal emblem in cyan is quite fetching. The custom ribbon spools look cool, but I am a little bummed I will need to re-roll new ribbon when the time comes (This was the case for my Royal FPE as well). The typewriter locks into the case for transportation.
This beautiful machine was found by family at an estate sale for quite the steal. Something like 10 dollars. I was quite pleased to receive it, and didn't have to spend any time fixing things up. It was in perfect condition.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal Heritage on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal Heritage By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
