Description:
I got this light moss green 1962 Royal Empress from a fellow collector in West Philadelphia in June, 2022. Took some work to get the linkages back together and replace some missing screws and springs, but it is back to full, voluptuous, working condition. I had quite a time cleaning it, which reminded me of "Whipped Cream and Other Delights" by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass, so I've been listening to that a lot while working on it.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Royal Empress on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Royal Serial Number page and the Royal Empress By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
