Description:
First saw this machine at an antique store maybe a year ago. Recently the store was downsizing and bought for a good price.
It works very well and only needs a new ribbon. I have quite a bit of paperwork with it including the factory type and alignment test, dated "3rd. Oct. 1962," and a typing course.

I started collecting typewriters several years ago and it started with a late 1960s Smith-Corona Sterling portable that I got as a gift.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Remington Fleetwing on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Remington Serial Number page and the Remington Fleetwing By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
