Is there anything left to be said about the later Olympia SM models? Pure workhorses - real tools for real writers. How about that?
Then there's the line space lever. Maybe you have to shave with a straight edge like I do to think this way, but it really does look like the lever's designer was preoccupied with the grooming tool.
This machine was actually a prize won by its first owner through a contest run by an office supply store. The store is still exists, I'm not sure the same can be said about the lucky winner. (see photo)
