Got this 22 in the far neigborhood. It had rested in a closet for about 30 years, before the seller decided to roam the attic. Had some stains and opperating problems, but no major defects. Did what have to be done and now it´s working fine again.
Some collectors and users are occasionally complaining about the Letteras or Olivetti in general, but I think they are an overall artwork, mostly fabricated to last and satisfy.
Unfortunately the serial number seems to be in the range, where the manufacturing date can´t be determined reliably. So if someone has an Idea... :-)
