Description:
This Quiet-Riter with elite type and an 11" carriage seemed to be in decent enough shape overall, but the capital letters typed far above the line of type, even after the adjustment screw on the bottom of the typewriter was fully turned and unturned. According to Ace Typewriter, it was beyond repair, and I gave it to them for parts.
