I spotted this Facit P years ago on Etsy, almost bought it, but decided not to because a) I had recently purchased a Halda P in better condition and b) this typewriter had a cracked spacebar. This typewriter eventually sold and I've regretted not picking it up, as I've since learned how to fix broken things. Including it here as a sighting because Facit Ps are pretty rare and at least we can all see what they look like.

Born in the Midwest, but I grew up in Europe and Australia. I hold a BA in English from the University of Iowa and love to read and write. I've been collecting typewriters since the fall of 2016 and enjoy writing with, cleaning, and repairing them. Imho, the typewriter is one of the great inventions of humankind, but I suspect you knew that already.
