Description:
Spotted this beauty at an antique mall in Findley, OH on May 16, 2018. It came complete with original manual, a touch typing self instruction book, a single-page guide to touch typing for Smith-Corona typewriters, and a manual for an unnamed portable electric typewriter. Just need a ribbon to get this baby completely functional.

Attorney and Writer, I'm rediscovering writing with a typewriter from back in my high school and college days. I've dedicated a page on my website to Typewritten Pages - one-page writings typed then scanned into a .jpg to post on my site - www.DoHaeng.com.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Smith Corona Skyriter on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Smith Corona Serial Number page and the Smith Corona Skyriter By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
