Purchased in Millersville, PA, south of Lancaster in November 2024, this Royal FPE in "Sea Blue" actually has all of the provenance associated with the machine, including the original sales receipt from the Central Typewriter and Adding Machine Co. of Washington, DC. Its original owner was Maj. Michael Krofchik, who bought int on September 19, 1964 for $149.35 with tax. Maj. Krofchik passed in 2004, and is interred at Arlington National Cemetery.
