PB Blaster helped free up the typebars. Replaced the felt and had to make an slight adjustment to get the bell to ring. One thing that wouldn't clean up was the rust on the lid. I had been waiting for a typewriter to try and paint, and this one seemed like the right candidate. I'm a sucker for the vintage Powder Blue, but a Flat Black felt a little safer.
