Description:
This typewriter came to me from St. Petersburg. The sweetest pot-bellied Optima, reminiscent of an old-fashioned fridge. In the original, it was in Latin, but it was re-brazed in Soviet times with a state standard typeface. The "excellent" quality of the re-brazing can be seen on the type sample. I would like to pull out the hands of this "skilful master".

Hi everyone!
I'm Sergei, I was made in Russia)
A psychologist, a collector of all sorts of vintage junk, typewriters, alarm clocks, and so on.
I love typewriters, and typewriters love me))
I wouldn't call myself a HUNTER - I just love typewriters, use them and collect some of them.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Optima Elite 3 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Optima Serial Number page and the Optima Elite 3 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
