Optima Elite 3 / Looks like it has been repainted but not sure. The shift lock key has been replaced by a green "1" key painted black.
The serial number: I'm not sure, but it looks like there is a number before the first readable digit. It looks like a number 3 but I can't be for sure. If so, the serial number would be 3926533. I don't have any more information on the typewriter, I bought it from Germany.
