Description:
This Clipper is a simple grey work horse, with a marvelous keyboard: responsive, quiet and light. She survived all these years without a mar then suffered a gash across her nose on her journey to my desk. The textured paint will be almost impossible to match, so the scar may have to remain. Seems a shame after all these years, but at least I will keep her clean and busy. Such a straightforward little machine inspires anthropomorphic descriptions. Who says machines can't acquire a particular charm of their own?
