I think this typewriter has been outside a while. It's got hair, leaves and mud all in it, both tabulator keys are damaged, and and the spacebar is frozen solid in the down position. The serial number suggests a 1955 year of manufacture and an Elite typeface. I believe this typer will be getting a bath. I somehow doubt dish soap and warm water will do any more damage than the rain already has. It'll be interesting to see if I can ever get this machine working at all.
