I categorized this as Hermes "Ruf" based on two other examples in TWDB. The branding on the machine is "Ruf", but it is, of course, a Paillard machine.
This machine looks like a Hermes 200. I am not sure what difference justifies calling it a "Ruf", which I believe was a brand reserved for business.
This is a QWERTZ machine acquired in Switzerland.
