Description:
A lovely ultra portable I picked up for $40 CAD. It was dusty and gunky. After de gunking and de dusting, it has emerged as a fabourite. Nice crisp feel, pleasant font and a great machine to work with. A few small issues - the bell is not loud at all. It seems to be the bell itself, it works well but is faint. And the space bar is a little too firm, but I can't see a way to adjust. It's the perfect size for our trailer. It will be a keeper.

I rediscovered typewriters about a year ago when I got back my Hermes 3000 from my daughter. I bought it to gift her on the occcasion of her first born. Then it sat for about a decade, I brought it home and have been on it ever since. I've taken up buying them, fixing and cleaning, then gifting them to friends who show an interest. I have to give them away otherwise I'd be a hoarder!
