1951 Royal Quiet De Luxe Serial # AG-2340108 1951 Royal Quiet De Luxe typewriter, Serial # AG-2340108 Ted Munk's 1951 Royal Quiet De Luxe typewriter. 2014-02-23 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Ted Munk: 1951 Royal Quiet De Luxe Serial # AG-2340108 Paid way too much for this at a thrift store, but having passed it by once, I came back a couple days later to find the usual kids in thrift stores damage. Nothing permanent, but I felt sorry enough for the poor thing to rescue it. On further inspection, I find it in good shape, and I oughta break even flipping it. Pica typeface.

Sold. Broke exactly even, and it has a new home with a happy owner. We'll count that one as a rescue. :D

I am a scoundrel without a cause, and my swank outshines the sun.

I am a casual Typewriter Hunter residing in the sweltering deserts of Arizona with a wife, three cats and about 40 typewriters. My main hunting ground is thrift stores, and I rarely pay more than $10 for a machine.
