Description:
I specially like this typewriter. I did get the machine not functional. The typewriter was dropped. Many parts were warped or bent. Despite this, the repair was simple. Very sturdy little typewriter and a fine example of the transition from manufacturer Seidel & Naumann AG to VEB Schreibmaschinenwerk Dresden after the WW II.
After the repair, fully functional again.

I am fascinated by the mechanics of the various typewriters. I love the challenge to repair even severe cases. I'm trying to preserve the testimonies of the history of the typewriters.
I live near Dresden, so I am interested especially for the history of Seidel & Naumann AG and the typewriters model 'Erika' before and after the 2nd World War produced in Dresden.
