Ribbon reverse mechanism gummed up when arrived, all keys working fine. A little cleaning and now the ribbon transport seems to be working.

Long time typewriter admirer, newly minted collector. I was part of the IBM Boca Raton team that built the PC XT, the PC AT and IBM PC DOS (IBM's version of MS DOS). Little did we know that we were contributing to the shift away from these beautiful machines.
