Pica type and the newer, better style case; being the first style case had a giant latch that stuck, causing massive gouging on earlier machine fronts. These machines are flat-out tanks! This one was a local to here in Wisconsin, so it's cool to see the Packerland typewriter sticker (pre-area code years) on machine's front. I looked them up and they're still in business up in Green bay too, and STILL have the same phone number, only gaining a 920 area code in the last 70 years. She types wonderful.

After finding a Smith-Corona Coronet 12 at a curb-side (in Winter while walking the dog) I carried it home; after it thawed out and started coming back to life I was hooked. My interest in this hobby lead to taking two parts typewriters to create one good unit. This typewriter aliment is (pretty much) in-curable!
