Description:
The Super-Speed is sort of a sleeper machine to me. I don't really see a lot of people raving about them, but not sure why. It's a really comfortable machine to use, with ball bearings used in the typebar mechanisms instead of the usual linkages. And while I'm not sure that I find these any faster than a more conventional mechanism, it is a really smooth machine to type on.
Also a big fan of its looks. Some might argue that it is boring, and sure, it isn't flashy - but I think there's just enough visual interest provided by the glossy striping on its panels to prevent it from being just a hulking black mass.
