In pretty good condition. The only defect with it appears to be that the Carriage Return Lever doesn't bounce back into position after use. It has to manually be put back into position before advancing the page for a second time. I've tried fixing it, but am not sure how the spring should go. Need to find an image of how it's done on another one. Also, after looking at other Deluxe Model 5's, I've noticed the right ribbon cover is missing.
