The keys do not hit their mark for some reason. The frame is a bit bent in front, a sign that this must have taken a fall. The carriage string is cut. This typewriter needs TLC badly. Worse, it has no carrying case! But if it's a consolation, I bought it for a song. Lol!

I'm an archaeologist who writes heritage books and collects Japanese ceramics as well as quite a number of typewriters that I've acquired through purchase or as gifts over the last 10 years in the Philippines as well as in the US and Japan.
