This model borders between a Deluxe Model 5 and a Streamlined Model 5 because of its serial number and parts. I'm categorizing it under Deluxe Model 5 for now. I won't be surprised if this ends up being a Smith Premier Portable 35.
Note: Serial Number located behind the keys. Check with a flashlight.
