This is a Remington bookkeeping machine. It has only uppercase letters. As the pictures show, it is quite dirty, but it does type. The adders seem to be stuck though. I bought this machine online recently (april 2020) in the Netherlands.
As far as I can tell, the front plate is missing. I looked at pictures of other machines and found that the little levers on the left are for A-D-S and Disconnect.
A written list in the Sheridan Binder dates it before 1-1-1935, I think 1934.
